John is a founder of CenttAcre as well a realtor in India since past 15 years. He created CenttAcre inspired by the fact, that architecture and real estate, together can address the housing and other growing needs of a new India. Educated at the prestigious Loyola College, Madras, India, he received a Master of Commerce, and at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai, India he received a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Also a founder of Providence Trust established in 2000 for social causes, like child welfare, literacy, and social equity, a social venture to make people prosper and smile. His visionary outlook has also seen setting up of many prestigious residential and commercial projects in the southern part of India. A business man with an entrepreneurial zest his measure of success is in the ability to create win-win situation for business and the public. John is married with two children. Outside work he devotes much of his time to community activities. He likes carpentry and art work.
